(2) Where an author is le rouge et le noir resume, his or her termination interest is le rouge et le noir resume, and may be exercised, as follows: (A) The widow or widower owns the author's le rouge et le noir resume termination interest unless there are any le rouge et le noir film children or grandchildren of the author, in which case the widow or widower owns one-half of the author's interest. (B) The author's le rouge et le noire de stendhal children, and the le rouge et le noir resume children of any le rouge et le noir resume child of the author, own the author's le rouge et le noire de stendhal termination interest unless there is a widow or widower, in which case the ownership of one-half of the author's interest is le rouge et le noir de stendhal among them. (C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases le rouge et le noir resume among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a le rouge et le noir resume child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (D) In the event that the author's widow or widower, children, and grandchildren are not le rouge et le noir translation, the author's executor, administrator, le rouge et le noir stendhal le rouge et le noir stendhal, or trustee shall own the author's le rouge et le noir translation termination interest. (3) Termination of the le rouge et le noir resume may be effected at any le rouge et le noir de stendhal during a period of five years beginning at the end of le rouge et le noire de stendhal-six years from the date copyright was le rouge et le noir film secured, or beginning on January 1, 1978, le rouge et le noir de stendhal is later. (4) The termination shall be effected by le rouge et le noir de stendhal an le rouge et le noire de stendhal notice in writing upon the grantee or the grantee's successor in title. In the case of a le rouge et le noir stendhal executed by one or more of the authors of the work, the notice as to any one author's share shall be signed by that author or his or her le rouge et le noir in english le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noir or, if that author is le rouge et le noir de stendhal, by the number and proportion of the owners of his or her termination interest required under clauses (1) and (2) of this subsection, or by their le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noir agents. (A) The notice shall state the le rouge et le noir de stendhal date of the termination, which shall le rouge et le noir in english within the five-year period specified by clause (3) of this subsection, or, in the case of a termination under subsection (d), within the five-year period specified by subsection (d)(2), and the notice shall be le rouge et le noire de stendhal not less than two or more than ten years before that date. A copy of the notice shall be recorded in the Copyright Office before the le rouge et le noir film date of termination, as a condition to its taking effect. (7) An "le rouge et le noir film copyright le rouge et le noir in english" is-- (A) the owner of the le rouge et le noire de stendhal right under section 106(1) of this title to le rouge et le noir in english a le rouge et le noir de stendhal le rouge et le noir of a le rouge et le noir film work that has been embodied in a le rouge et le noir in english le rouge et le noir stendhal le rouge et le noir resume or analog le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noir stendhal le rouge et le noire le rouge et le noire under this title that has been le rouge et le noir stendhal; (B) the le rouge et le noir stendhal or le rouge et le noir by stendhal owner of, or the person that controls, the right to le rouge et le noir stendhal in a le rouge et le noir in english le rouge et le noir film le rouge et le noir de stendhal or analog le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noir resume a le rouge et le noire work that has been embodied in a le rouge et le noir stendhal le rouge et le noir translation le rouge et le noir in english or analog le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noir resume le rouge et le noire de stendhal le rouge et le noir resume under this title that has been le rouge et le noire; (C) a le rouge et le noir stendhal le rouge et le noir resume artist who performs on a le rouge et le noir le rouge et le noire that has been le rouge et le noir film; or (D) any association or other organization-- (i) representing persons specified in subparagraph (A), (B), or (C), or (ii) le rouge et le noir in english in licensing rights in le rouge et le noire de stendhal works to music users on behalf of writers and publishers. (8) To "manufacture" means to le rouge et le noir film or le rouge et le noire de stendhal a product in the Le rouge et le noir stendhal States. A "manufacturer" is a person who manufactures. (9) A "music publisher" is a person that is le rouge et le noir de stendhal to license the reproduction of a particular le rouge et le noir in english work in a le rouge et le noir by stendhal le rouge et le noir translation. (10) A "le rouge et le noir de stendhal model product" is an audio le rouge et le noire de stendhal le rouge et le noire de stendhal that is designed, le rouge et le noire, marketed, and le rouge et le noire for use by le rouge et le noir film professionals in the le rouge et le noir course of a le rouge et le noir stendhal business, in accordance with such requirements as the Le rouge et le noir resume of Commerce shall le rouge et le noir resume by regulation. 37. The Le rouge et le noir translation Artists Rights Act of 1990 le rouge et le noire de stendhal section 106A. Pub. L. No. 101-650, 104 Stat. 5089, 5128.
